The confession of Khout Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated in the record of An, working at Regiment 42, Division 450. An was a CIA agent because Suong was an introducer. Suong called upon An to attend the meeting and to receive plots to attack the party in July 1975 and to build up more CIA agents to serve as members of a new Kampuchean Labor Party, to destroy Angkar's materials, to murder cadre and soldiers who refused to turn themselves in to a new Kampuchean Labor Party.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃូត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ អាន ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ ៤២ កងពល ៤៥០ថាៈ អានជា ភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអាព្រោះសួងជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាមប្រាប់។ សួងបាន ហៅអានឱ្យចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ បង្កទំនាស់រវាងប្រជាជន និងកងទ័ព កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ និង ១៩៧៦ អាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ពីផែនការវាយ បក្សនៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥, ផែនការប្រមូលទ័ពថ្មីកសាងសេអ៊ីអា ចូលជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរបស់អង្គការ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនណាដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួមក្នុងបក្ស ពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មីជាដើម។
