The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated Kroeun, working at Regiment 41 Logistics, Division 450. In June 1975, Suong called upon Kroeun to attend the meeting and accept the plans to pit people against soldiers and to recruite more forces. Kroeun continuously attended the meeting to receive plots from Suong, mastermind.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ក្រឿន ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាធំ ៤១ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ នៅខែមិថុនា ១៩៧៥ សួង បានហៅក្រឿនឱ្យចូលប្រជុំ និងទទួល ផែនការបង្កទំនាស់រវាងប្រជាជននឹងកងទ័ព ព្រមទាំងកសាងកម្លាំង សេអ៊ីអា។ ក្រឿន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ដើម្បីទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពីបក្ខពួកឈ្មោះសួង ជាមេក្លោង។
