The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated in the record of Chhai, Deputy Secretary of Battalion, Division 450. Chhai joined the CIA in 1975 with Chev Chhon aka Mon being an introducer. Suong called upon Chhai and his networks to join the meeting to impose such plans as building up more CIA forces to be poised to strike the party, to kill soldiers and cadre who refused to take part ina new Kampuchean Labor Party, to destroy revolutionary forces and to bring up with the morality of men and women within the army lines and hospitals.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ឆៃ អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ឆៃ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន អ្នបញ្ចូល។ សួង បានហៅឆៃ និងបក្ខពួកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការ កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបានច្រើនត្រៀមវាយបក្ស សម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ បំផុសសីលធម៌បុរសនារីក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព និងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ហើយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជនណា ដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួមក្នុងបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី។
