Summary / Abstract :

Bhutan also has some internal problem of a communal nature which affect relations with India. The first concern the Tibetan refugee community which numbers some 6,000 and has been in Bhuatan for over 20 years. A good many are established in small business undertaking and are relatively prosperous.
