Tum Thach, [former soldier]and currently a new farmer of district 154, region 25, implicated Noeun Sruoch, [former soldier of division 1]and currently a new farmer of Tuol Lorlork village, district 154, region 25, in his [Tum Thach]'s confession. Noeun Sruoch carried out the act of convincing people to flee into forest in order to serve as guerrilla and destroy rice plant.
