1. Following represents our best information (this is all source information and must therefore be protected) on events in Cambodia subsequent to our departure the morning of April 12: 2. The situation is very serious at Svay Rieng, where late April 12 the enemy had penetrated into part of the city. The enclave may by on the verge of fulling. 3. The same is true at Kampong Speu, where the situation is described as very bad. |
