GUB April issued brief statement welcoming end of Host Ileitis in Cambodia but avoiding recognition of GRUNK. Beijing text it has been learned that Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, has been occupied on 17 April 1975 by the forces of the Royal Government for National Unity of Kampuchea. For the sake of the people of Cambodia, the government of the socialist republic of the union of Burma is heartened to learn of the cessation of blushed consequent to the occupation of the capital and hopes that the newly attained peace will be maintained end text.
