The confession of Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Kang Sien, worker of textile T-4, worked at Kampong Cham textile factory in 1959. Sien joined the CIA in 1973. Sien convinced workers of factory to join the CIA to go against the communist, to destroy materials of factory and agricultural tools by strategic means.
ចម្លើយរបស់ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះកង សៀន កម្មករតម្បាញត-៤ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៩ សៀន ធ្វើការនៅ រោងចក្រតម្បាញកំពង់ចាម។ សៀន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ សៀន បំផុសកម្មករក្នុងរោងចក្រឱ្យចូលសេអ៊ីអា ឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបប កុម្មុយនិស្ដ ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈក្នុងរោងចក្រ និងសម្ភារៈ កសិកម្ម ដោយយុទ្ធវិធី។
