Pech and Ly, farmer of Peam Sdei village, Prek Russei sub-district, Lvea Em district, were implicated in the confession of Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of platoon, unit 502. Pech and Ly were spies who hid themselves in the base in order to build up spy forces.
