The confession of Sam Ea Puth, worker in power plant 1, implicated Long Phan Sy, worker of power plant 1. In July 1976, Phan Sy received the plot from Chhay Nim to build up anti-revolutionary forces and to destroy engines in factory.
ចម្លើយរបស់ សំ អ៊ាពុធ កម្មករអគ្គីសនីទី១ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឡុង ផនស៊ី កម្មករអគ្គិសនីទី១ ថាៈ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ បានទទួល ផែនការពី ឆាយ នឹម អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និង អោយកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីននៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
