Summary / Abstract :
|
Having withdrawn from Vietnam, the US can have no interest in a long-term presence in Cambodia. However, as a question of principle, the US does not simply abandon people with whom we have worked. For us to do this would have a larger significant and it is not a habit we should acquire lightly.
