The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, implicated Man, Deputy Commander of Platoon 13, Division 502. Man and he received Oeun's plots to build up more forces, to collect ammunition for his networks, to destroy all kinds of materials, to plant mines at Pochentong to kill foreign guests, and to defame the party's influences.
