The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, implicated Leng, commander of Small Cell 3. Leng and he received Oeun's plans to build up more forces, to shoot dead senior cadre of the party and to plant mines at Pochentong.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងកងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឡេង បញ្ជាការកងតូចទី៣ថាៈ ឡេង និង ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការពី អឿន ជាមួយគ្នាឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់បន្ថែម ឱ្យលួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗរបស់បក្ស និងយកមីនទៅដាក់នៅ ពោធិចិនតុង។
