Saigon, March 13 (AP) U.S. troops are scouring 100 square miles of swampland along Cambodia border in a new operation to deprive the Vietcong of stronghold near Saigon. The U.S. command reported today. Everything useful to the communist homes livestock, gardens even dogs is being destroyed.
