The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, implicated Tha, commander of Company 3. In 1975, he [Chhay Cheng]and Tha received Oeun's plans to build up more forces, to mobilize weapons and mines to be planted at Pochentong in an effort to murder foreign guests.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ថា បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាធំ ៣ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ខ្លួននិងថា បានទទួលផែនការពីអឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត ប្រមូលអាវុធនិងគ្រាប់ យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
