Hanoi VNA December 12, the Vietnam Radio and television commission has sent a message to "Voice of the Kampuchea People," the official radio of the Kampuchea United Front. For national salvation the message says that the Vietnamese and Kampuchean peoples have been friends fighting the same trench and sharing weal and WOC for more than a century against the imperialist aggression for the independence and freedom of each country.
