Summary / Abstract :
|
For what it is worth Chinese embassy officials told us on 14 December that the Mekong River Port Kratie had been captured by Vietnamese force several days ago. Vietnamese planes had been used in the attack. If this is true, it would mean that the Vietnamese would have effectively severed Phnom Penh's supply lines to north eastern Cambodia.
