The confession of Hum Hour, Deputy Chief of Company 1, Battalion 113, Regiment 13, Division 310, implicated in an activity of Run, soldier of Battalion, Division 450. Run attended the meeting and received Mon's plots. The content of the meeting was to carry on with the withdrawal from the front line, to convince soldiers to defect from their lines, and to continue destroying the revolutionary forces.
