The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, implicated Phai, soldier of Small Cell, Division 450. In June 1975, he received Doeun's treacherous forces including Phai. He ordered Phai to burn down houses, mechinery, and Angkar's materials in Phnom Penh City.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូចកងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផៃ យោធាកងតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ កាលពីខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទទួលកម្លាំងក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះឌឿន ក្នុងនោះមានផៃម្នាក់ដែរ។ ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងផៃឱ្យដុតផ្ទះ ដុតគ្រឿងចក្រនិងសម្ភារៈរបស់អង្គការនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
