The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, involved in the record of Hav, working at Big Cell Logistics, Division 450. Also, He persuaded Hav to take part in anti-party activities in November 1975. Hav took the responsibility for stealing materials near the unit to incite problem. In October 1976, Hav received Run's plots to attack the party in November 1976 and prepare force to open an attack.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហាវ ភស្ដុភារកងធំ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ខ្លួនបានអប់រំហាវឱ្យចូលរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់បក្សនៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥។ ហាវបានទទួលភារកិច្ចដើរលួចសម្ភារៈនៅជិតៗអង្គភាពដើម្បី បង្កទំនាស់។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៦ ហាវទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីរុន នៅផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ១១-១៩៧៦និង រៀបចំកម្លាំង មុខសញ្ញាប្រយុទ្ធ។
