Summary / Abstract :
|
On February 17, this year the Chinese Government launched over 100,000 men into northern Vietnam in what they described as a limited counter-attack. On March 05 they announced that their troops, having attained their objectives, were being withdrawn and the Chinese Foreign Minister told a press conference on March 16 that the withdrawal was complete.
