The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, implicated in the record of Chhek, soldier of Company Politics, Division 450. Chhek indoctrinated him with treason. In February 1976, Chhek attended the meeting and received plots from Sem, cadre of Regiment, to burn down factories, to contact workers to destroy factories, to disseminate counter-party plans in April 1976, and to prepare troop for fighting.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឆែក យោធាអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ឆែក ត្រូវបានខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ ខែ២-១៩៧៦ ឆែក បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី សែម កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ ឱ្យដុតបំផ្លាញរោងចក្រ ឱ្យដើរទាក់ទងកម្មករផេ្សងៗឱ្យបំផ្លាញរោងចក្រ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦ និងរៀបចំទ័ពឱ្យ ហើយដើម្បីម្ចាស់ការពេលផ្ទុះអាវុធ។
