The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, implicated in the record of Phoeuk, working at Company Politics, Division 450. Phoeuk agreed to take part in the treacherous activities. In December 1976, Phoeuk attended the meeting and received Sem's plots to arson factories, to provoke problems, and to disseminate anti-party plan in April 1976.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពីភឿក នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ថាៈ ភឿក ព្រមចូលរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន។ នៅខែ២-១៩៧៦ ភឿក បានប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី សែម ឱ្យដុតបំផ្លាញរោងចក្រ បំផុសឱ្យមានទំនាស់ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦។
