The confession of Eam Khoem aka Run, cadre of Battalion, Division 450, implicated Voar, Chief of Small Cell, Division 450. He convinced Voar to participate in anti-party activities. Voar was responsible for frightening and causing confusion in the city and provoking squabble within worker line in factories. In March 1976, Voar and Song broke into warehouse to steal medicine in the west of Thmei market.
ចម្លើយរបស់ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពី វ័រ ប្រធានកងតូច កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំវ័រឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពក្បត់បក្ស។ វ័រមានភារកិច្ចដើរ បង្អើលធ្វើឱ្យមានភាពចលាចលនៅក្នុងក្រុង និងបំផុសទំនាស់ក្នុងជួរ កម្មករតាមរោងចក្រ។ ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ វ័រ និង សុងបាននាំគ្នា គាស់ឃ្លាំងនៅខាងលិចផ្សារថ្មីរកថ្នាំពេទ្យ។
