The Confession of Ket Chakun, worker of factory T-4, implicated Ta Laut, former seller at Kbal Thnal market. Ta Laut joined the CIA in 1973 through Sou San, clerk of Sangkat 6. Ta Laut criticized the Angkar for providing them with insufficient food and forcing them to work like animal.
