The Confession of Ket Chakun, worker of factory T-4, implicated in the activity of Hao Seng, worker of factory T-4. Hao Seng joined the CIA in 1970, mobilized networks to link to CIA network, and then convinced worker of cloth-soaking section to damage 600-meter cloths.
ចម្លើយរបស់ កេត ចាគន្ធ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហោ សេង កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ ហោ សេង បានប្រមូលបក្ខពួកដើម្បីភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាឡើងវិញ ហើយបំផុសកម្មករផ្នែកជ្រលក់ក្រណាត់ឱ្យធ្វើឱ្យខូចក្រណាត់អស់ ៦០០ម៉ែត្រ។
