The Confession of Ket Chakun, worker of factory T-4, implicated in the activity of Sokh Suy, worker of factory T-4. In 1970, Suy worked at ministry of finance. In 1971, Suy joined the CIA and also appreciated the Lon Nol regime.
ចម្លើយរបស់ កេត ចាគន្ធ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុខ ស៊ុយ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ស៊ុយ ធ្វើការនៅក្រសួងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ស៊ុយ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ ស៊ុយ ឃោសនាលើកដំកើនរបបលន់ នល់។
