The dispute between south Vietnam and Cambodia over ownership of several small Island in the gulf of Siam is be coming increasingly bitter south Vietnam has reacted sharply to reported landing on 9 April by Cambodia troops on two uninhabited islets in the IIles des Pirates archipelago, which was among several off shore Island claimed by south Vietnam in a note to Cambodia last months.
