Summary / Abstract :

The military situation in its main elements, remained unchanged. There was, however an increased in the number of Vietnamese communist attacks and further indications of Cambodian participation in attacks against the FUNK Vietnamese communist forces continued to occupy the Kirirom plateau thus increasing the threat to route 4 between Phnom Penh and Kampong Som; And there were renewed attacks in the Kampong area.
