Mr. Unger made brief reference to Laos and Cambodia. He said that, as usual, the approach of the dry season might lead to an increase in military activity in Laos, and in Cambodia he assessed that privately the government was becoming more concerned at the use of their territory by north Vietnamese and Vietcong forces.
