The confession of Patt Sokh San, working in Chakk Ang Re metal warehouse, confessed that Hao Muy Chea, soldier of Chakk Ang Re metal warehouse. Hao Muy Chea was CIA force of captain Ros Seng. In June 1976, Hao Muy Chea received the plots from Ros Seng to destroy materials, burn down house and saw-milk factory and secretly cut the electricity off.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ប៉ាត់ សុកសាន នៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ឆ្លើយពី ហោ មុយជា យុទ្ធជននៅឃ្លាំងដែកចាក់អង្រែ ជាសេអ៊ីអា របស់ សកិ្ដ ៣ រស់ សេង។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ហោ មុយជា បាន ទទួលផែនការពី រស់ សេង អោយបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ ផ្ដាច់ខ្សែភ្លើង ដុតផ្ទះ និងដុតរោង អារឈើ។
