According to the C.I.A network led by Major Bin Sophal, a worker arrested in factory B-2 at Kilometer 7 confessed that this C.I.A network had 18 people and carried out plan to convince the people to support their network, to disgust the Khmer Rouge, and to assign forces to hide in factories in order to prepare to strike the revolution in the future.
ចម្លើយខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអា ដឹកនាំដោយសក្កិ ៤ ប៊ិន សុផល ម្នាក់ជាកម្មកររោងចក្រ ប-២ នៅគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៧ ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ខ្លួន បានសារភាពថា ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអានេះមានមនុស្សចំនួន ១៨នាក់ ហើយបានអនុវត្ដផែនការឃោសនាអប់រំប្រជាជនឱ្យគាំ ទ្របក្សពួកខ្លួន ស្អប់ខ្មែរក្រហម ចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួនតាមរោងចក្រនានា ដើម្បីប្រមូលកម្លាំងត្រៀមប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។
