I have sent by regular facsimile (UNOSGPRC 0952) A copy of a letter from Hun Sen to the secretary-general dated 07 August 1997. In the sixth paragraph of this letter, the second Prime Minister stated that he was not grateful to the secretary-general for his '' Support'' to SGPRC's ''Role'' in ''Coordinating international election observers''.
