Mr, Vendrell and I met today with Son An, The Minister of the council of ministers and a senior aide to Hun Sen. The meeting, which was a frank exchange of views, lasted for over two hours. Several issue were discussed: The security of political leader, the neutrality of the United Nationals, and prospects for a way out of the current impasse.
