I attached the minutes of the meeting of Mr. Vendrell and I had with Ambassador Quinn, US Ambassador on 13 September 1998. Major Jan Wanderstein was also present. Among other things, Quinn, regretted Rainsy's decision in February this year to plough his own furrow, detaching himself from Ranariddh up the solidarity of the UDF.
