The King returned to Phnom Penh this morning in a low-Key arrived at the airport. He was greeted on the tarmac by Chea Sim and Ung Huot. The most senior FUNCINPEC official present was Prince Sisowath Sirirath . Prince Ranariddh remains in Thailand despite statement s from FUNCINPEC officials over the weekend that he intended to returned to Phnom Penh to day.
