Yesterday Evening, I met with Ranariddh at the National Assembly in order to hand over to him a copy of the expert's report, for which he was very grateful . I took the precaution of mentioning to him that as far as the UN was concerned, They were treating it as confidential document until 15 March whit it will be officially released and that in the meanwhile they will provide a summary on 9 March.
