Regarding the January 3 and 6, 1978 statement issued by the spokesman of the ministry of information and Propaganda of democratic Kampuchea on the Kampuchea -Vietnam border problem, The Vietnam News Agency is authorized to make the following statement.
1) The Vietnamese side categorically rejects all brazen slanderous allegation made by Kampuchea against Vietnam in the above mentioned statement as well as the news broad casts or of Phnom Penh. |
