The Embassy of the Khmer Republic in Kuala Lumpure has the honour to communicate the following Affairs of the Khmer Republics, Mr Koun Wick, Simhaneously to Mr Kurt Waldheim, Secretary general of U.N.O and Mr René Maheu, Director general of the UNESCO asking their intervention for the safeguard of the Angkor Wat Monuments against the destruction committed by the North Vietnamese and Vietcong forces.
