Would you please refer to our memorandum 81/1/1/ of 11 March concerning the Press conference held by Prince Sihanouk on 6 March 1969. We now attach a copy of a translation of the broadcast from a domestic Cambodian Radio station presenting those sections of the 110 minute speech which concerned foreign policy. We obtained this translation from the United States Embassy.
