Summary / Abstract :

1) On the 17th of April the communists Khmer Rouge entered Phnom Penh and over threw the five year old Khmer Republic. This was the first real indication of the approaching debécle for the non-communists regimes of Indo-China for the long suffering inhabitants of Cambodia, The Peace has so far provided cruel even than the civil war that preceded it.
