Introduction
There are two basic approaches for resolving the question of arranging a transitional power structure in Cambodia. One is to continue working on a power-sharing for mular, i.e.., The formation of a quadripartite or bipartite interim government,with port folios divided among the factions . The other builds upon the recent solar suggestion and involves UN oversight of an interim arrangement. |
