Summary / Abstract :

The Battembang rebellion officially commenced on 3/4/67 and ended on 21/6/67. The history of the rebellion is confused by political maneuvering, national passion and a combination of social and economic influence . It is doubtful if the real story of the rebellion will over be know -however, the following paragraphs my helps to put the incident it its proper perspective.
