President CGDK, former head of state of Cambodia, born October 1922, Son of Norodom Suramarit (Charter King) -Educated in Phnom Penh , Saigon and saue nur military academy (France) . Crowed King of Cambodia in 1941 . Assumed full power as Prime Minister while remaining as king in 1952 , Concentrated in securing full independence from France (Achieved in 1953 and guaranteed by 1954 Geneva Agreements).
