Summary / Abstract :
|
A decade after its conquest of south Vietnam, and six years after its mission evilisa trice in Kampuchea , The Vietnamese communists party remains besieged on both the internal and external fronts. To protect the gains of the new socialist fatherland , the VCP felt compelled to expound in to Kampuchea so as to have secure frontiers , a justification of that was reminiscent of nineteenth century European imperialism.
