The confession of Ty Sovatha, factory T-4 worker, implicated Thaong Prang, stayed in surrounding area of Tranh pagoda, Siem Reap Kantuot [sub-district], Kandal province. In 1970, Thaong Prang was an airforce sergeant. Later, he joineded CIA.
ចម្លើយ ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ ឆ្លើយពី ថោង ប្រង នៅជុំរុំវត្ដវិហាត្រាញ់ សៀមរាបកន្ទួត ខេត្ដកណ្ដាលថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ថោង ប្រង ធ្វើទាហានអកាសចរ ឋានៈជាពលបាលត្រី និងចូលសេអ៊ីអា។
