The confession of Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, implicated Tuy On, stayed in Thnaot village, Lum Hach sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province. In 1965, Tuy On worked in Kampong Tram white sugar factory, and then transferred to Humanitarians Organization. In 1970, Tuy On attended CIA movement because he disillusioned with the revolutionary Angkar.
ចម្លើយ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ ឆ្លើយពី ទុយ អុន នៅភូមិត្នោត ឃុំលំហាច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាលថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៥ ទុយ អុន ធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រស្ករសកំពង់ត្រាំ បន្ទាប់មក ចូលអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ទុយ អុន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ដោយមិនពេញចិត្ដនឺងអង្គការបដិវត្ដ។
