The confession of Chhouk Pon aka Chann Tha, working at power plant 1, confessed that Va Sok Kan, working in power plant 1. Sok Kan was a new farmer. He usually caused to hit something when he was driving. In July 1975, Va Sok Kan was assigned to secretly kill cadre Vun by Chhouk Pon.
ចម្លើយ ឈូក ប៉ុន ហៅ ចាន់ថា ធ្វើការនៅអគ្គិសនីទី ១ ឆ្លើយពី វា សុកកន ធ្វើការនៅអគ្គិសនីទី ១ ជាកម្មករថ្មីបានបើកឡានអោយ ប៉ះនេះប៉ះនោះជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ វ៉ា សុកកន ទទួល ការចាត់តាំងពីឈូក ប៉ុន អោយលបសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលឈ្មោះ វុន។
