The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier at division 502, confessed that he knew the activities of Lem, political battalion 521, and Kim, chief of group 8, division 502. In 1976, the two received plot from Vey to build up traitorous forces, to kill party's cadre by shooting and to plant mine at Pochentong in order to kill foreign visitors.
ចម្លើយ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ឡែម នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៥២១ និង គីម មេក្រុមទី ៨ កងពល ៥០២ ថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះទាំង ២នាក់ខាងលើ នេះ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំង ក្បត់, លួចបាញ់ កម្មាភិបាលរបស់បក្ស និង អោយកដាក់មីននៅពោធិចិនតុងដើម្បី សម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
