The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confessed that he knew the activities of Meng, squad chief at company 13, division 502. In 1976, Meng and Phat received plots from Oeun to build up more forces, to secretly kill top cadre of the party by shooting and to plant mine at Pochentong in order to kill foreign visitors.
ចម្លើយ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ម៉េង មេពួកនៅអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៥០២ ថា នៅ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ម៉េង និង ផាត ទទួលផែនការពី អឿន អោយប្រមូល កម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត។ លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗ របស់បក្ស និង យកមីនទៅកប់នៅ ពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
